1 The good: All motorbikes I bought here have been delivered according to requirements and in time. The sales persons are kind and seem to try to listen to the customer voice, in the limited time they have. 2 The bad: For both motorbikes I bought here, the oil screw was slightly damaged after the first oil service and considerably damaged after the second oil service. What are the odds?.. No, this is not a matter of odds. It is mentality (or done in the factory, but that is hard to believe as they use different, expert tooling that cannot cause this damage). After that, I replaced the screws and I decided to do maintenance myself. My self-maintained motorbikes never ever needed an oil screw replacement -- does there ring a bell? If not, you might want to read 'Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance' and think on quality. Also, oil with a considerably different type of viscosity (0W50) was put in my bike, when comparing with maintenance manual (10W30). Working in tribology, I do pretend to know the difference between the two and the effects of having a too thin oil when the engine is cold. The explanation I got was based merely on financial benefit (for the company) and 'it is very good oil'. No comments.. In case of some disputable cases of damage outside warranty example 1: sticking front forks example2: failing steering bearings (within 3 years after buying a new bike, at 8000km), Honda Motor Europe refused offering any coulance. For this, Jos&Felix are not to blame of course, but this also means never a Honda for me again, after having had seven motorbikes of this brand. Conclusion: This garage delivers new motorbikes with the expected level of quality. Maintenance-wise, it is very, very far from the working mentality and quality focus that Mr. Honda once had (House of Quality, etc). But perhaps it is good enough for you.
